The swim leg of the event will kick off at 6.50am for all competitors.

The entry point will be in the small car park by the South Lake

It will be two laps of Stanborough’s beautiful South Lake.

The exit point will be in the marina in the left corner of the lake

The route will be clearly marked and safety boats and staff will be in attendance throughout.
